Terms of Service

Effective: 14 September 2026

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and OpenRoyleAl (“we”, “us”) for Alfred.report, ORAL, Missions, Map, and related services (collectively, “the Service”).

By registering, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

1. Scope

Alfred.report is the shell. ORAL is the operator voice and mission engine. Missions are bounded work with evidence gates. Map shows spend and usage on your AI Gateway. Platform rules, notices, and product updates are part of this Agreement.

2. Account

You must provide accurate sign-in information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share session tokens or API credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse quotas or violate this Agreement.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and within plan limits (neurons, missions, gateway traffic).
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass security, billing, or evidence gates.
• Do not use the Service to store or transmit secrets in git, public repos, or shared chat logs.
• Bring-your-own-key (BYOK) keys stay in your Cloudflare account or encrypted tenant storage — never in our public pages.

4. Subscriptions & billing

KISS tenants may use a shared pool with daily caps. Sovereign tenants bill on their own Cloudflare account (Workers Paid, gateway, registrar). Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Auto-renewal, if enabled, follows the plan shown at purchase.

5. AI output disclaimer

ORAL and Alfred.report use generative models. Output may be wrong. Missions require evidence before closure — unverified “done” does not ship. You are responsible for decisions that affect money, health, law, or production systems.

6. Data protection

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data as provided there.

7. Intellectual property

OpenRoyleAl, Alfred.report, ORAL, and related marks remain ours. You retain ownership of your mission content and evidence you upload.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or non-payment. Sections that should survive (disclaimers, limits) remain in effect.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Material changes will be noted on Alfred.report.
