OpenRoyleAl (“we”) operates Alfred.report, ORAL, Missions, and Map. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. What we collect

• Account: email, name, tenant id, session cookies (hashed passwords on KISS lane).
• Missions: objectives, state, evidence metadata, spend (neurons/tokens) for Map.
• Memory: D1 or Agent Memory rows tied to your tenant — not public.
• Voice: wake-word and brief flows may use short audio streams; we do not sell voice recordings.
• Technical: IP, User-Agent, Cloudflare Access identity when you use the board.

2. How we use data

• Run Alfred.report, ORAL, Missions, and Map for your tenant.
• Enforce bounds, caps, and billing gates.
• Improve reliability and security — not third-party ads.

3. What we do not do

• No third-party advertising cookies on Alfred.report marketing pages.
• No selling your mission content or contact details.
• No storing CF API tokens, cfut_, or ghp_ keys in git or Agent Memory.

4. Where data lives

KISS lane: shared Cloudflare account (D1, Workers, AI Gateway profile alfred). Sovereign lane: your Cloudflare account, your secrets store, your gateway Map.

5. Sharing

We use Cloudflare as infrastructure processor. We do not share personal data with advertisers. Lawful requests from authorities are handled as required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of account and mission data. Sign in and use account controls, or contact via openroyleal.com for data requests.

7. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for missions, billing, and security logs. Deleted tenants are purged on a reasonable schedule.

8. Security

TLS in transit. Tenant isolation by session and Cloudflare Access where enabled. You are responsible for device and API key hygiene on sovereign accounts.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top changes when we do.
